e92plus Business Continuity Statement

With the Coronavirus (Covid-19) having a major impact on businesses across the UK, we want to share the steps that e92plus is taking to support all of our partners and our community through these challenging times, while continuing to provide the best possible customer service throughout the coming months.

Firstly, the health and safety of our employees, partners and community is a key priority, and all our staff are now working from home. This means all your usual contacts are available through email and their DDI as normal, so we can help keep the channel working while helping our team stay safe.

Regarding business operations, we want to re-assure our partners that e92plus is operating as normal. All our usual services are available, including pre- and post-sales technical and marketing services, to help ensure we can provide all the usual support and assistance. All operations are functioning, and our business continuity strategy will ensure there are no interruptions in service. The majority of our solutions are cloud services or software, and so there is no impact on order processing. For hardware and physical devices, we have implemented alternative logistics processes, and so can continue to offer delivery.

This includes our divisions – e92cloud, e92msp and e92consumer – who are all being supporting through our services team. Our Partner Portal (www.e92plus.com/partner-portal) also provides our reseller and vendors with live access 24/7 to a wealth of resources, tools and the ability to create quotes and process orders – whatever time or day it is. We’re also running regular sessions on Zoom, can facilitate video and conferences calls easily.

Of course, business hasn’t stopped and e92plus is continuing to work with our reseller, MSP and vendor partners to help the channel continue to protect organisations against cybercrime, and enabling digital transformation. Our events page (www.e92plus.com/events) includes a range of virtual webinars, workshops and training sessions, providing the opportunity to continue education and knowledge transfer. We’re also working with the world’s leading IT training organisation and community, CompTIA, to launch additional training courses.
