Find the role that’s right for you
The Vendor Manager will be focused on the financial growth of their vendor's, assisting both Business Dev Managers and Senior Account Managers.
The primary function of the role is to be able to confidently position your vendor technology to our Channel Partners, present/attend meetings, general day to day management and housekeeping, running & execution of a plan using the CRM/Quotes system (Microsoft Dynamics), and maintaining a strong rapport and relationship with the partners, so enthusiasm, service quality, product knowledge and a commercial focus are key attributes.
Regional Account Manager
Our Regional Account Managers are responsible for finding, managing and growing some of our biggest and most exciting VAR, MSSP and SI partners.
The opportunity will allow you to work with new and an existing group of partners, you’ll build strong relationships, develop joint business plans and proactively work with our vendors and the teams with e92plus to grow their business and hit revenue, GP and target partners. You’ll work closely with our internal Sales Support team, as well as alongside the Vendor Managers to increase the number of products each partner includes in their portfolio.
MSP Account Manager
The MSP Account Manager is focused on growing and supporting the monthly MSP subscription business with existing and new MSP partners and vendors, as well promoting e92MSP services.
The MSP Account Manager will be the first and daily point of contact for our MSP partners, so enthusiasm, service quality, product knowledge and a commercial focus will be key attributes.
An Account Business Development Manager is focused around growing the business from their reseller partners. This means developing the business with established vendors through that partner, introducing new e92plus technology and working with new reseller accounts.
Our Account Manager team is the first introduction and daily point of contact to our reseller partners, so enthusiasm, service quality, product knowledge and a commercial focus are key attributes.
We are looking for an experienced enthusiastic implementation engineer, with a focus on customer satisfaction and excellence of service, to provide implementation and delivery services for our product portfolio.
You will be part of the entire implementation lifecycle: Solution planning and design, testing, user acceptance, training, documentation and hand over to customer engineering teams. You’ll working as part of a team with our vendors and resellers to ensure that our solution implementations are delivered both on time and to the highest possible standard.
